The client commissioned me to replicate the iconic lips from the cult classic musical, Rocky Horror Picture Show (image on the right). Ms. Sachartoff specified that the lips be made from a type of material that is sturdy yet light weight so she is able to carry it with her throughout DragCon.
The 3D file was created prior by Fransico Espinoza then the CNC commands were implemented by me. Once the foam was purchased and cut to the correct dimensions it was taken to the bed to be milled. Afterwards, the client, Fransico, and I did the fine detail works before applying the sealer then paint.
